Over the years we’ve helped literally thousands of people with their dental problems, and their dental health. Now we’d like to help you. It begins when you call our office for an appointment where we’ll schedule a time that’s convenient for you.
Hopefully, your first consultation will find that your teeth and gums are in good shape. If you have complex needs and require a second appointment for further investigation to finalise your treatment plan then there will be a fee charged.

During your first consultation we’ll answer all your questions, discuss your dental health, and give you all the information you need to make a decision regarding your care. There is absolutely no pressure and no need to make an immediate decision. These are your teeth and you’re the one in control!

Keeping your teeth and gums healthy is very important. Latest research has shown links between dental disease and other chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and arthritis.

Give us a call so we can schedule an appointment. We’ll be looking forward to meeting you!

Looking for a brighter, whiter smile?
Who doesn’t want the best smile possible? Your smile is the first thing people notice about you. It tells a lot about your personality, and actually forms a lasting impression on the people you meet. Problem is, most of us weren’t born with super-white, perfectly straight and even teeth. And that includes the Hollywood stars! Sometimes nature just needs a little help, and that little help is called Cosmetic Dentistry.

Getting you that super-bright, dazzling smile may simply be a matter of whitening your teeth. You can whiten your teeth in the convenience of your own home. We take impressions of your teeth at your appointment and then personalised bleaching trays are made. We supply you with whitening gel which you simply place into the trays and fit to your teeth. You wear the trays with the gel for 1 hour per day until you reach your desired level of whitening. Get the smile you deserve!
But what if you have cracked or chipped teeth, uneven teeth, missing teeth, and more? Don’t despair, because we have solutions for those problems as well.

In just a few visits we can give you the smile you want, and deserve. We have procedures that can correct virtually any cosmetic dental problem. Techniques include bonding, crowns and bridges, cosmetic fillings, grafts, implants, and veneers.
Why not schedule a visit so we can examine your teeth and discuss the various ways we can help you get, and maintain, a simply great smile! “Everytime you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.” Mother Teresa

Everything you wanted to know about implants – and more!

Such as, what actually are implants, and what do they do? Essentially an implant is artificial tooth root. It can be used to support a single tooth, or a whole group of teeth, or even loose dentures. Implants are essentially screws made out of high-grade titanium, and typically inserted in the jaw-bone. It takes on average about 3 months before a crown, bridges or dentures can be loaded onto the implant.

Now, what do implants do?
Well, if you have loose dentures that prevent you from eating such foods as steak and apples, implants can be bonded to the dentures and prevent them from annoying shifting, or loosening. In essence, they lock your dentures in place. Result? Eat whatever you want, whenever you want! No denture slip, slide or embarrassing moments.

And there’s more. Implants are great to replace missing teeth, as well as problem teeth. The colour and shape are specifically blended and designed to look 100% natural.

Are you a candidate for an implant? The easiest way to find out is to make an appointment with our office. We’ll carefully examine your teeth and provide you with options that may include an implant, or perhaps all you need is a crown or a bridge, or maybe just your dentures relined. We’ll help you choose the best option!

>    Any surgery carries risks, and we would urge you to seek a second opinion from a qualified health practitioner.
>    Additional costs may be incurred for bone grafting, radiology, hospital and anaesthetist fees; temporary crowns or dentures; sinus lifts. We will advise you at your consultation appointment as to what if any of these there might be.

Why some people worry about seeing a dentist
If you’re one of them, not to worry!

Many people are afraid of visiting the dentist. Why?

1.The potential pain during dental treatment.
2.Embarrassed about the condition of their mouth.
3.Fear of loss of control during dental treatment.

Let’s take a look at them one at a time:

Fear of Pain

Modern dentistry has all but eliminated pain in routine procedures like cleaning, and filling cavities. Local anaesthetic, as well as other techniques are used to turn off pain sensors while these procedures are done. Yes, in more complex dental work such as implants, there might be some minimal discomfort.

Many people put off seeing the dentist. The results may be teeth that are in less than ideal condition. We’re used to that. In fact we see it every day. There’s no need to feel embarrassed. We’re here to help you get your teeth back in shape and put a smile back on your face!

Fear of losing control
Before any procedures are initiated, you’ll be given options on how your dental problem can be fixed. You’re the one who makes the final decision, not us. Nothing is done in your mouth that you haven’t agreed to 100%. You’re in control the whole way! Not only that but while you are in the chair we give you the facilities to stop at any stage for a “breather” just at the squeeze of your hand!

No longer a problem with our interest free payment plans which enable you to start with a 30% deposit and pay the rest off over up to 12 months. What’s even better is that it only takes a few minutes to set up!

What about bridges and crowns?

A crown is essentially a “cap or a hat” to strengthen a broken or damaged tooth or to improve cosmetics.
Once fitted the crown is cemented to the tooth so it won’t shift or become loose. There are a number of materials that can be used to make a crown, including ceramics or gold alloys.

A crown can be designed to match the colour and shape of your existing teeth or change to a new colour or shape.

A bridge is a number of crowns joined together and is used to replace a number of missing teeth. Essentially, the bridge is cemented over your natural teeth on either side of the empty space. This anchors the bridge into position. A bridge is a permanent, non-removable replacement. A bridge can keep your teeth from “shifting” and loosening, thus avoiding additional dental problems in the future. The bridge itself is made out of the same material as crowns and blends in with the natural structure and colour of your regular teeth.

If you think you’re a candidate for either bridge or crown work, we’d like you to call our office for an appointment. We’ll be happy to check the areas in question and give you options as to how to correct them.

Want to straighten your teeth?
You’re an adult. You’ve had crooked teeth most of your life. Presumably, you thought that it was too late to get them straightened, or that the procedure to straighten them would make you look odd. How many adults look good in braces? Answer – probably none. But now there’s a way to straighten your teeth that is relatively quick and painless. In fact, you’ll see improvement within months! And the best part? You won’t have to wear those ugly, metal braces.

What is Smilefast?
Smilefast is a revolutionary new cosmetic orthodontic treatment for adults designed to give adults a significantly improved smile in 6-9 months.

No need to hide your smile whilst wearing braces as Smilefast uses clear brackets and white wires designed to suit your lifestyle, so you can have a confident and affordable smile-fast!

How it works
The incredible speed and quality of Smilefast treatment is largely due to revolutionary Smilefast technology.
Smilefast provides your dentist with a detailed 3D digital model of your teeth.

This model identifies the precise position to place each bracket on your teeth, which is the most important aspect to obtain rapid tooth movement. These braces are then accurately transferred to your mouth via Smilefast’s unique transfer trays. With this technology your dentist can rapidly, yet safely, straighten your teeth.

Smilefast braces are very discreet, using clear brackets and white wires which blend seamlessly with your teeth. No more chunky metal braces!

Am I suitable?
Smilefast is designed for adult patient’s needs – to have a great smile in a short period of time. Smilefast can treat a wide variety of common orthodontic issues including crowding, spacing, crooked teeth, and protruding teeth and more.
